BiliSnap is a free online utility that retrieves publicly accessible video streams from Bilibili platforms and delivers them to your device as common media files (MP4/M4A). The service acts as a technical proxy — we do not host, store, or distribute any video content.

2. Acceptable use

Only download content you have the right to access and save for personal, offline viewing or other fair-use purposes.
Do not redistribute, sell, or publish downloaded material without the rights holder's permission.
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, or in ways that violate Bilibili's own terms in your jurisdiction.
Do not abuse the service with automated bulk scraping that harms our infrastructure; reasonable personal use is unlimited and free.

3. Intellectual property

All videos, audio, images and trademarks returned through BiliSnap belong to their respective owners (Bilibili Inc. and content creators). BiliSnap claims no rights over them. Creators who believe their rights are affected should use our DMCA page.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every video, or that every quality exists for every title (platforms gate some qualities behind accounts or regions).

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BiliSnap and its operators are not liable for any damages (direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential) arising from the use or inability to use the service.
