BiliSnap (bilisnap.com) is a free online tool for downloading publicly available videos. We built it to need no account, no registration and no personal data. This page explains — in plain language — the small amount of technical information involved in running the site.
We use a minimal set of cookies/local-storage entries to remember your preferences (for example, that you dismissed the cookie notice and your interface language). These files are stored on your own device and are never used to identify you.
Video streams are served directly from Bilibili's content networks to your device, through our proxy. If you use a VPN or other third-party service alongside BiliSnap, their own privacy policies apply.
